1. Create a study timetable and put it up in your room/in homework folder
2. Take breaks e.g. do 30 minutes and have a 5 minute break
3. Get enough sleep during while it is exam season and especially the night before the exam
4. Drink plenty of water and stay hydrated
5. Eat regular meals that are healthy
6. Study at a desk or table in a quiet place away from siblings
7. Use highlighters for key information
