How many people become citizens in Canada each year? 150,000What is a constitution: The body of rules and laws by which Canada is governed. what does a constitution contain: BNA acts of 1867, Amendment to the BNA acts, The acts which brought the final 6 provinces into confederation, Statute of Westminster of 1931 and charter of rights and freedoms of 1982. what is the charter of rights and freedoms?: outlines the rights of citizens and permanent residents.
