As a casual worker is not an employee, these trems and conditins do not contain many of the standard employment contract clauses, for example, those relating to pensions, collective agreements, grievance, disciplinary, maternity and paternity, sick pay and retirement

Pros and cons of Full Time:Pro's:More gauranteed moneyPensionsSick leave/ Maternity.Cons:Same thing everyday.

Pros and cons of Part time:Pro's: Less hours.Could get two part time contracts.Change of scenery.Cons:Could lose sick pay/Maternity.Less hours =less income

Pros and cons of casual contracts:Pro: Less responsiblilities.Work with different peopleMore variety.Always something different.Cons;No garanteed income No benifits.
