Invasive arterial pressure	measured from an art line provides an invasive measurement of SBP, DBP, MAP provides data from more invasive methids of monitoring (PICCOI and PAC)
IAP CARE	monitor insertion site zero every 8 hours change set recording with local policry Check NIBP at least every 8 hours Flush
Central venous pressure	measured from CVC, positioning in SVC - estimates pressure in RA
CVC and CVP care	monitor insertion site zero every 8 hours change set according with local policy flush after blood sampling
SHOCK DEFINITION	state of cellular and tissue hypoxia due to reduced oxygen delivery and increased oxygen consumption or inadequate oxygen utilisation
