| Are you able to do things that are not on the service plan? | No, if your client wants something done that is not listed in the plan, you need to contact your supervisor. (YOU MAY BE HELD LIABLE IF YOU DO SOMETHING THAT IS NOT ON THE SERVICE PLAN) |

| What are your client's rights? | -Be considerate and cautious of client's supplies, equipment, and furnishings. -SHOW SAME RESPECT FOR CLIENT'S PROPERTY AS YOU WOULD YOUR OWN. (If there is something damaged, do not hide it! Contact your supervisor) -Client has a right to be a hoarder. Never throw anything out before checking to make sure the client is okay with it.(If problems occur, CALL YOU'RE SUPERVISOR!) -Client has the right to refuse service.
