Problems with legacy Legacy will go. For example when all of William Shakespeare's plays have been destroyed his legacy will vanish.
Memory Remembered by friends and family. Through photos and keepsakes.
Problems with memory Memories will go. When the family and friends die, so does the memory. Also, everyone is remembered (even murderers) would this mean that everyone is immortal.

Problems: wishful thinking Comfort those who fear death Believers are eager to prove the afterlife exists so the accept any 'evidence', however weak.
What is Cryonics? Low-temperature preservation of humans in the hope that they could be cured in the future.
Argument from Cryonics Will the afterlife be on Earth If the soul leaves the body at death and cannot be retrieved, when a person is resuscitated will the body have a soul?
Argument from atheists No god No survival after death Some atheists would say life is without a purpose
Argument from evolution Richard Dawkins He believed that humans area product of evolution Humanity is no more than DNA passed on to ensure the survival of the species It is supported by scientific findings Morality is so mistakes aren't repeated
Argument from space If there is an afterlife then why can't we see evidence of souls becoming one with the universe, or any evidence of heaven
Dualism The idea that there is a physical and a spiritual part to us
Materialism The belief that our minds are inseparable from our bodies
René Descartes A French philosopher and dualist "I think therefore I am" We can doubt the existence of our bodies, but we cannot doubt the existence of our minds
