how do we implement the plan?	enablement skills are used, guided by frames of reference client is engaged in intervention through occupation
action point 6	monitor and modify ongoing formative evaluation to ensure the plan is being implemented as designed and to determine if the implementation is meeting objectives * modification or redesign of plan may be implemented if needed
how do we monitor and modify?	collect date through informal discussions with client or other stakeholders may used formal evaluations to provide documentation of changes occurring during intervention
