Dramatised Prayer A form of prayer that includes actions, like moving from one place to the another or acting out the intention of prayer

Disciple A follower of Jesus, one who learns
Magnificat The name of a prayer that Mary said when Elizabeth greeted her during her visit
Apostolic Succession The power of the apostles passed on to the next generation of bishops
Catholic 1) A term used to describe something that is worldwide and all-inclusive 2) Referring to the Roman Catholic Church
Apostolic Based on what the apostles taught
Magisterium The teaching authority of the Catholic Church, exercised by the Pope and the Bishops
Council A gathering to make decisions about important issues for the Church
Conciliar When the authority of the Magisterium is expressed through the Pope in a council
Pontifical When the teachings of the Church are presented by a Pope
Charity 1) Providing help and love to those in need 2) An organisation that does not make a profit, whose main purpose is to help those in need 3) Another term for 'love'
Kingdon Values The standards of living that God wants his people to follow
Vocation A call from god to fulfill a particular role in life
Priest An ordained minister of the Catholic church; one who is chosen to celebrate Mass, preach and forgive sins
Monk A male member of a religious community who lives under solemn vows
Nun A female member of a religious community who lives under solemn vows
