Questão Responda
Prophase - The DNA is condensed into chromosomes. - The nuclear envelope breaks down. - The centrioles move to the poles of the cell. - Spindle fibres begin to form.
Metaphase - Chromosomes line up on the cell equator. - Spindle fibres attach to chromosomes at the centromeres.
Anaphase - Spindle fibres contract (get smaller) and split the centromeres - Spindle fibres pull apart the sister chromatids and pull them to the poles of the cell.
Telophase - Chromosomes de-condense - Nuclear envelopes reform -After this cytokinesis divides the cytoplasm, forming two seperate daughter cells.
