explain why the Nazi's were able to create a police state in the years 1933-1939 | One reason why the Nazis were able to create a police state was because of concentration camps. .many people opposed the Nazis and Hitler, including priests and political rivalry or opponents. the people in concentration camps were coded with little flags or triangles to show why they were there.. concentration camps were effective because they limited threats to Hitler and the Nazis. this made it possible for Hitler to create a police state for any opposition was overruled and it also created a fear of opposing Hitler. This meant that Hitler had full control and was able to create a police state for he had no fear of being overruled. |
explain why Hitler was able to create a police state in the years 19933-1939 | Another reason why Hitler was able to create a police state was because of law courts. All judges had to sign an oath to Hitler and they had to have Nazi views. Judges had to agree with Hitler and had to show loyalty to him in court. Doing this meant that Hitler's views were strongly presented in court. These changes allowed trials to be biased and made sure Hitler's opponents were punished. often criminals were not released at the end o their sentence but sent to concentration camps. This helped create a police state because it further instilled fear into the people that opposed him. This fear meant he could stay in power without threat and run the country how he wished to |
explain why Hitler was able to create a police state in the years 19933-1939 | One more reason why Hitler was able to create a police state was the SS and SD. Both were run by himmler. The Sd was the only intelligence that was allowed to arrest opposition and send people to concentration camps without trial. The ss was a group many used to intimidate the opposition. This allowed Hitler to create a police state because both the SS and SD could remove opposition. They also caused fear n the people meaning that they would follow hitlers expectations allowing him to rise into a higher place of power and run the country how he desired |
how useful are sources B and C for an equiry into Nazi policies toward women | source B is useful because it shows us the aim of the Nazi policies towards women. It is an extract from a speech made by Goebbels who was in the Nazi senior leadership in 1933 at the time when the Nazis passed laws banning women from professional jobs. The purpose of this extract is for the German people to realize the Nazis view of women being the home builders and child producers for a greater Germany,as it says "it is her most glorious duty to give children to her people and nation" |
