I´m a quick learning person and Love to learning new things that are challenge,the skills That I've development are Problem-solving always like to try in the different ways to solve th problem and what is the analisys the cause and an easygoing person to work with others. i recently graduated of bachelor's tourism business management and I learned the process to create a business in tourism, eventought the most I like is the hospitality field. I had a practice in a Hotel here in El Salvador and I was in front desk, human resources, finance and loss prevention mostly. i am a persistent person in achieving the goal that I set myself, I like to work in every challenge I learned to be a better professional |
| Why do you want to work at this Hotel? | Well, my original idea was working in a hotel the have a unique concept and servirce with experience, and Auberge h (o-berge) Resort collection has a great collection of hotel the showing the culture of the city through the service, design of the hotel and experiences |
| Why do you want this job? | The design of this program for interns is the opportunity that I was looking for built my professional career and doing in the exterior it will be a boost for become in manager, this are the stepto give to get there |
| Why should we hire you? | Because the reason of a internship is to have the aptitude to learn and take the best of the opportunity, as an intern my focus is to learn the most I can but also I’d bring the Ability to commit and get involved with the needs, principles and objectives of the hotel |
| What are your greatest strengths? | I consider that my greatest strengths are the ability to adapt and work efficiently in different situations, people or groups and follow directions |
| What do you consider to be your weaknesses? | My greatest weakness is that I sometimes have a hard time letting go of a project. I’m the biggest critic of my work. I can always find something that needs to be improved or changed. To help myself improve in this area, I give myself deadlines for revisions. This helps ensure that I’m not making changes at the last minute. |
| What is your greatest professional achievement? | In the previous internship I was in front desk as part of the program, I was very scared to be there because I was not confident with my english skill and for learn all the system the Front Desk use. I was disappointed in the first three weeks in the training because I forgot what my coach was teaching me. I don't give up, I start written everything, search on youtube, I feel comfortable to talk with guests. Seeing guests satisfied with the service, mentioning me or giving me a good rating made me feel like I was doing my job well. |
| Tell me about a challenge or conflict you’ve faced at work, and how you dealt with it. | When I was in the department of loss prevention, I was the only woman and I have to help with some task that involve maintain, I didn't know anything about that field, but I have some good coworkers that teach me pantiently, use the system of lock doors, to receive suppliers, understand the system of the gas, system of the light, water. it was challenge because I didn't have a previus studies of that. How I dealt with listen and ask, If I didn´t know something I ask for my superior or coworkers how to resolve, we want to be perfect but we have to fail so we can learn to do it right. |
