Concurring Opinion A written opinion by one or more judges of a court which agrees with the decision made by the majority of the court
Marbury Vs. Madison A landmark United States Supreme Court case in which the court formed the basis for the exercise of the judicial review in the United States under Article lll of the Constitution
Judicial Review The court can review any federal , state , or local law or action to see if it is constitutional , or allowed by the Constitution.
