TEU - introduced the 'co-decision procedure' - Parliament now had power to veto the adoption of legislative measures (no law could be adopted without its approval). Treaty of Lisbon - introduced the notion of an 'ordinary legislative procedure' cemented the 'co-decision procedure'. |
