Results Participants correctly identified the most objects after seeing an appropriate context, and the least after seeing the inappropriate context
Conclusion Expectations affect perception
Strengths *controlled how long participants saw context and objects *had instructions- knew exactly what to do *data wasn't used from two participants who had forgotten their glasses - results more accurate
Weaknesses *knew what they were doing, and could have caused participants to try harder *all data couldn't have been used - less results
