  1. the first 10 prime numbers are
    1. 2,3,5,7,11,13,17,23,29
    2. have exactly 2 factors.
      1. it can only be divided by 1 and itself
      2. 1 IS NOT A PRIME NUMBER
        1. IT IS A FACTOR OR A MULTIPLE
        2. you can use factor trees to find prime factors
          1. chose a factor pair of the numbers
            1. continue until both branches end with a prime number
              1. then circle all the prime numbers
                1. then write down all the circled prime numbers putting in multiplication signs
                  1. then multiple them
