Simple Present
Talk about habits and work routines.
I travel on business.
We work long hours.
Add an -s to the verb for he/she/it.
He attends mettings.
She works in Tokyo.
Use Do and Does in negatives and in the questions.
They don't work late.

She doesn't leave work until 8 pm.
Does he travel in his job?
DO: I, You, We, They.
DOES: He, She, It.
We use adverbs of frequency to say how often we do things.
Never, Sometimes, Often, Usually, Always.

To talk about facts and things that are generally true.
They have offices in Seoul.

With verbs that describe permanent states.
I think he lives in a flat.
I know his boss ver well.
Present Continuos
Talk about temporary situations and actions that are happening now.
We can't find an office in the centre of town, so now we are (we're) looking in the business park.
"What is Helene doing? She is having lunch with a customer.
Talk about developments and changes.
The cost of energy is rising quickly.
Costs are lower in Vietnam, so we are moving production here.
Formed with be and the -ing form of the main verb.
Matti isn't in the office today. He is meeting customers all day.
We are building s new factory in Spain.
Expressions normally used: At the moment, Every day, Now, Today, This time.
I am walking to work this week.
For verbs ending in -e, take away e ad add -ing.
He is making some coffee.
For verbs ending in consonant + vowel + consonant, double the final consonant and add -ing.
