- There may be distractions in the
workplace, which might lessen the
effectiveness of the training.
- The training may not be certified and
it may it may not be deemed as a
qualification- there is no evidence on
paper.
- Employees my pick up bad
habits from the person who
is training them as they are
not an official trainer.
- The trainer may find it difficult to
deliver effective training to
colleagues.
- If employees are only trained in one
area this means that they will require
further training at a later date if they
move into a different area
- Training is relevant and practical,
dealing with the day to day
requirements of the job.
- Employees are not taken away from
their workplace so they can still be
productive.

skills.
