    1. The war is fought to bring peace.
      1. War should be the last resort after all negotiation and non-violent methods have failed.
        1. The methods that are used are fair and reasonable
          1. The cause of war is just such as resisting aggression and injustice.
              1. No innocent civilians are killed.
