  1. Strengths
    1. Convenient Location
      1. This university is easily accessible to the local public which draws even more students
      2. Flexible entry requirements
        1. Given the flexible requirements for enrollment eligibility, this invites many people to study as it gives them hope that they can attain a degree despite previous exam results
        2. Small-size
          1. The smaller university size maintains "personal touch" and overall sense of community, a feature which Cayman prides itself, "Cayman Kindness"
        3. Weaknesses
          1. Limited parking Space
            1. There is a limited amount of parking on campus which makes entering campus difficult.
            2. Narrow Degree offerings
              1. Not very many degrees are offered which causes students to look to other institutions to pursue their career path
              2. School Infrastructure
                1. The physical infrastructure (the buildings, classrooms etc) are dated and in need of an update
              3. Opportunities
                1. Increase Degree plans offering
                  1. Offer a wider range of degree plans spanning different subjects
                  2. Increase IT Implementation
                    1. Increase the availability for HyFlex courses to accommodate those with hectic schedules.
                    2. Improve university infrastructure
                      1. Upgrade working computers in the library and add more books. Upgrade the music room
                    3. Threats
                      1. COVID-19
                        1. The COVID-19 pandemic is pushing many people to avoid physical contact with others as much as possible. Therefore, the traditional face-to-face classes are becoming less desirable
                        2. Competition
                          1. ICCI is another tertiary level institution which has an overlap in some courses offered by UCCI. As such, in those areas, UCCI does not have the competitive advantage and face the possibility of losing potential students to ICCI
                          2. Crime
                            1. Give the increase of crime, even endangering the the safety of the students on campus, due to lack of confidence in security students may hesitate to continue their studies and may turn off potential students
