                                                            1. You don't have to leave to continue to grow and change. Job hopping improves your creativity and your confidence.

                                                            1. Not shy, loves to teach and guide and shape people's thinking.
                                                              1. Needs time to think things through, like a battery, she needs time to recharge.
                                                                1. Introverts listens more deeply, speak not only to agree but change or add direction to conversation
                                                                2. Role models: Children (teaching to stay curious), Women (teaching to focus on family, life integration, how to show up), Every employee she meets she gets inspired.
                                                                  1. Advice for anyone pursuing HR
                                                                    1. Keep the Human in the middle of it
                                                                      1. You touch not only employee's lives but their families too, (multiply by 5)
                                                                        1. Realize you are humbled and honored to be a part of their journey, help that journey be more graceful, help them realize their potential, make them a better them by being a part of their journey. (THIS IS SUCCESS)
