    1. Example: In the first half on the 20th century in Colombia, in order to improve the sells of Beer, scientists claimed that Chicha (traditional Colombian fermented beverage) was toxic and produced mental retardation. This immediately increased the sells of the multinational company Bavaria and the growth of the Colombian Industry-
      1. Why? Knowledge is being manipulated, and shared. Affecting cultural conceptions with an ulterior motive of improving the Colombian economy.

        2. To what extent can knowledge be manipulated as tool for the imposition of certain perspectives?
          1. To what extent can the idea of an absolute truth used to manipulate masses?
            1. To what extent is knowledge on the human and natural sciences manipulated as a mechanism of subjection?
            2. Reasons why I´m Interested in the Title
              1. The idea of a pursuit of knowledge interests me. What are the purposes of this pursuit?
                1. I´m interested in the idea of how perspective can influence the search and propagation of a supposed absolute truth.
                  1. I can involve philosophical concepts and ideas.
                  2. AOK Related to the Title: Human Sciences
                    1. Example: During the Vietnam war, the United States manipulated the military data in order fo recruited member´s and their families to accept their recruiitment without a doubt. This manipulation was eventually dsicovered, leading to various movements and prostests.
                      1. Ways of Knowing: Sense perception, reason, language, memory
                        1. Why? Exact data is being manipulated and not shared, due to the ´knower´s perspective´- This being done in order to avoid social conflict.
                        2. Thesis: Knowledge can be manipulated and modified in order to improve of persuade certain perspectives, with political, social and economic intentions.
                          1. Argument 1: In order to create subjections, governments manipulate knowledge and ´speeches of truth´, with the purpose of subjectivizing citizens with specific perspectives.
                            1. Argument 2: Economic and social motives such as industrialisation can be achieved by the manipulation of knowledge. The latter with the ´´official propagation´´of perspectives on personal knowledge, perspectives that eventually will alter shared knowledge.
                              1. Argument 3: In education, the perspective of the teacher is crucial for the student´s understanding. If a certain perspective is manipulated and inforced, the student will be persuaded or imposed to accept this perspective as an absolute truth.

                            1. Rawles´s veil of ignorance in his liberalism, can be an example of a political system, were a lack a bias and prejudice is implemented in law making and speeches
                              1. Areas of knowledge like the natural sciences, are made up of absolute truths, therefore can´t be affected by perspective or be manipulated in an ulterior motive.
