Sleep plays an important role in your physical
health. For example, sleep is involved in
healing and repair of your heart and blood
vessels. Ongoing sleep deficiency is linked to
an increased risk of heart disease, kidney
disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, and
stroke.
Strengths
On the weekend I get alot of sleep making me rested for the week ahead.
I don't sleep with my phone. Sleeping with your phone has been
proven to be bad for your health and can have some severe
consequences.
According to http://greatist.com/happiness/best-sleep-positions my
sleep position isnt the best it could be. Currently I sleep on my side
but this site sshows that sleeping on your back has more pros that
sleeping on your side does.
During the week i don't get enough sleep
as proven by my sleep HMW .
Nutrition
Eating a balanced diet is vital for good health and
wellbeing. Food provides our bodies with the
energy, protein, essential fats, vitamins and
minerals to live, grow and function properly. We
need a wide variety of different foods to provide
the right amounts of nutrients for good health.
Strengths
I drink a lot of water , and i try
to get at least 2L of water a day
Despite the on going debate about
if fresh juice is health beneficial or
not, i believe it is good. I drink quite
a bit of fresh juice a week and that
gives me the expected 6-8 servings
of fruit and vegetable I need a day
My meals aren't colorful
enough. I don't get enough
color on my plate and from
my research I have found
out I need to eat a rainbow
and I don't do that at the
moment
I do a lot of sports and according to one of
the quizzes I am doing the same amount of
activity as an under 20.

I do a variety of sports, which means my body can be
excerised in a variety of places
Physical activity is proven to improve both mental and
physical health. It tackles anxiety, depression and
anger. It enhances your immune system and
decreases the risk of developing diseases such as
cancer and heart disease.
Weaknesses
Some weeks i do too many activities and over work my
body. This can/has made me get a lot of injuries where I
am unable to participate in the sport.
During Holidays I can tend to be very lazy and nto do any sport at all
or not do it often enough. This can sometimes effect my
performances once seasons start again.
Relaxation
Rest is an important part of a healthy lifestyle for all
ages. It rejuvenates your body and mind, regulates your
mood, and is linked to learning and memory function.
On the other hand, not getting enough rest can
negatively affect your mood, immune system, memory,
and stress level.
