  1. Survey&Questionnaire
    1. Survey invloves collecting information from more than a few people. And the usual method is by Questionnaires.
      1. Questionnaires are a list of questions, they can be open or closed. Researchers usually try out their Questions on a small number of people to see ..

        • Open - ( What is your favorite school dinner?) Closed - ( Do you like school dinners?)
        1. ..... if it can be improved, This is called Pilot Study.
    2. Interviews
      1. An Interview is a meeting between 2 or more people where one of them trying to get information.
        1. There are 3 types of interviews Structured, Unstructured and Semi-Structured
          1. Semi-Structured Interview is a mixture of structured and unstructured. There are set Questions but the Interviewer is free to add new ones.
      2. Observations
        1. Observation involves watching an activity to learn something about the people doing it. There are different types of this,
          1. Participant/Non-participant/Covert/Overt
          2. There is more Ethical Issues for this type of research e.g. People have the right to know they are being observed.
