  1. If at least one D files a defence and the time for any other d';s to file has expiured
    1. court officer will provisionally decide a track AND
      1. Serve on all P a NOTICE OF PROPOSED ALLOCATION
        1. Requires all P to file a DIRECTIONS QUESTIONNAIRE to be returned by a specific date
          1. Fast and Multi N181
            1. Small claims N180
              1. If parties do not complete
                1. Designated money claims
                  1. further notice giving 7 days
                    1. P's statement of case struck out
                  2. Other claims
                    1. Court will make an appropriate order
                      1. order for directions
                        1. Order striking out claim
                          1. Order striking out defence and entering judgment
                            1. listing the case for CMC
                        2. Claimant usually pays an allocation fee
                          1. If do not pay
                            1. warning sent
                              1. if ignored - claim struck out
