                                      1. Medications: Acetaminophen, duloxetine, NSAID
                                        1. Glucosamine

                                            1. given as supplementation in osteoarthritis
                                            2. Contraindications:
                                              1. patients with shellfish allergy, Pregnant women, Cardiovascular disease, Impaired glucose tolerance
                                        2. 3rd line:
