      1. Many plants and biodiversity could be affected badly by the climate change, for example, plants could die out because the conditions for ir it to live in is not suitable.
      2. WEATHER
        1. Weather around the world can change drastically, a country which has never experienced snow could have a snowstorm one day.
        2. TOURIST ACTIVITIES
          1. Many places such as Japan or Korea snows. During the winter, tourist like to visit these place to do things one normally cannot do back at home, like skiing, or sledding
        3. Possible impacts on the flora in MacRitchie resevoir?
          1. The plants may not be able to adept to the changes of temperatures and may die out.
            1. The plants may go extinct, as they are not able to reproduce in these conditions.
            2. What measures have the Singapore government taken?
              1. The Singapore Government are safeguarding many ecosystems in Singapore.

                  1. Plants and wildlife provide us with many things, such as food. Plants also provide 8us with oxygen, so they have to be preserved, or the air pollution in Singapore will get worse
                2. Installation of environment-friendly features in buildings around Singapore, also known as the Green Mark.
                  1. Managing water resources. This will help us prepare for climate change, so as to have a suitable water source for the population
                  2. Is Singapore ready for the potential effects of climate change?
                    1. Yes we are ready
                      1. The government has taken many measures to prepare us for the worst of climate change, to make sure we will have aa good supply of food, water and other necessities.
                      2. No, we are not.
                        1. Although the government has taken many measures, if the population continues to live like how we ar now, we may not be able to.
