Narrative Update

Narrative Change

Our narrative has changed as a result of filming being unsuccessful. Our new narrative will involve the indie girl and artist bumping into each other whilst walking their independent dogs. They will then bond over having the same breed of dog. We will then have shots that appear to have the two characters getting ready to meet a second time before seeing that the artist was really going to meet his ex girlfriend and the indie girl is seen waiting on the field they had previously met, in hope that they'll 'accidentally' meet again. When the song finishes, the screen will fade to black and the audience will be left under the impression that the narrative is over. However, a few seconds later a shot of the artist and his dog running towards the indie girl and her dog will be seen. Ending the narrative positively.

Refilming

We will need to refilm the shots of the indie girl's laptop because the green in her wall makes it not possible to green screen her laptop screen without affecting the rest of the scene.

Successes

The majority of our narrative is successful and can be used in our final production.We had issues trying to make the fact that our artist had broken up with his ex-girlfriend obvious but have now overcome this. It was important for us to make this clear because we don't want him to look as if he if being unfaithful.
