Shiela’s busy doing her job then suddenly, Secretary Lana enters the room] Lana: Good Morning President Shiela… Shiela: Yes, good morning. Lana: President Shiela, I just want to remind you that you have a meeting with the Board of Directors at 9 o’clock. The discussion will be all about the launching of our newest clothing designs. Shiela: okay. Thanks Lana. Screen: During the meeting… [Set up: the board directors are busy chitchatting with each other| When the C.E.O enters everyone stands to give respect by bowing heads] Shiela: [responses by bowing.] (uupo sabay-sabay lahat)            : Thank you so much everyone for coming here. I know you’ve been very busy since last week working with our newest items or clothing’s that are about to launch on Oct. 18 at Mall of Asia. I hope you all did your best as always. And do yours best!  So, good luck and I will now give the floor to my secretary. Lana: Thank you so much President Shiela. So, let’s begin the presentation of the Aleishian Clothing Line’s Designer , Team Director, Bernadit Crisby… Crisby: Thank you so much Secretary Lana. Good Morning everyone, so here are the designs’ that we are working right now.               :Explains: As we all know, Sunny is approaching and different summer wear styles are now present in market place and  of course our fashion-craving customers are now present in our markets and exploring for our newest, unique, beautiful, adorable, easy-to-wear clothing. So, with our gorgeous models from Korea, Ms. Krystal Jung and Jessieca Jung. The first item they were wearing is (explain respectively) [5th Dress] Travilla: Excuse me. Ahh… Dir. Crisby can I share my opinion about that design? Crisby: Yes. Sure, I’ll be very glad Dir. Jean. Travilla: hmm… it’s true that since it’s summer, we should engage with shorts and t-shirts but I guess that design is somewhat odd, when I say odd, it’s like an old fashion. I don’t like that. Though it’s adopting our theme, still I object with that fashion. Castillo: Dir. Jean, I know what you think about that design. But for me, I like it, it’s also like telling the people that we do not discriminate old fashions instead we are open with any fashion designs. And besides, as you can see even if the world is clinging onto new fashions there are still people who stay with the old fashion. And I admit, I am one of them Travilla: Yes. Dir. Castillo you’re right but what is the objective or the goal of our company, it is to hit the stock markets with big sales. And more often our customers are teens which means, they love adopting new fashions instead of the old one. And yes you’re right, that there are still people who love those fashions but there are “ukay-ukay” everywhere that are much much more cheaper. And our clothing lines is about adopting and engaging the new fashions. Capucanan: Okay. So, I guess you have shared now your opinions equally, as we all know the reason why you are here is not only to listen to the reports but we need your full active participatation. So, as always we follow our rules and regulations, when one of the members is against with the other. We will do the voting. Secretary Lana you may proceed. Lana: Thank you President Shiela. So, since there is a disagreement to the said report. So, let’s have the voting. Those who agree to launch the said design please raise your right hand. (couting: Castillo, Aquino) Thank you. And those who do not agree please raise your right hand. (couting: Travilla, Vidal, Magadattu) Thank you. As everyone witnessed, the no. of those who agree is 2 and those who do not agree is 3 with the exemption of our C.E.O and Presenter Dir. Crisby. Therefore, the 4th Item is eliminated. Capucanan: Thank you secretary Lana. So, are you satisfied with the result? Or is there anyone who is not satisfied and want to say something. Castillo: I guess we are now satisfied President Shiela. And I do respect the decision of everyone. Capucanan: Okay. What about you Dir. Travilla. Travilla: Me , too. Ms. President. Capucanan: Okay you may now proceed Dir. Crisby. Crisby: Thank you Ms. President. Crisby: So, our next Item is… (explains) And lastly, (explains) Maggadatu: Excuse Me. Hmm… may I interrupt you Dir. Crisby? Crisby: Yes. Dir. Berna. Maggadatu: hmmm… our theme again is “summer is romantic, Summer is Love, we play with sunny” which means were not afraid of the sun and that’s the reason why we go for dark colors instead of light colors. Hmmm… I guess that clothing Design will very applicable in korea and not here in Philippines. [Other Dirs. Nod] Yes, because here in Philippines, when it’s summer, it’s too hot… And yes, that design is acceptable by teens. And I do accept that too, but I guess the top should be changed. I don’t want to eliminate that design because for me it’s already artistic and beautiful. Just change the top… That should be something light, I mean not the color but the line and could be something that I can breathe if I wear that. Crisby: Thank you so much Dir. Berna for your suggestion. We’ll be very glad to change it according to what you have said. So, the rest… as you can see… these are the designs that we are working right now and trying to make it more unique. So, that’s all the design that we have made. Our department will be very glad to hear your opinions about the designs. And that’s all, thank you for listening. Lana: Thank you so much Dir. Crisby. So, as we vacate this place, let me give the floor to our President for the Closing Remarks. Shiela: Yes. Ahmm… Everyone, first off, I’d like to thank Dir. Crisby for the presentations of the designs of our newest products. Everyone, I know you’ve been working so hard and I do appreciate all of that. And as for the remaining days left before we launch our newest designs I hope you’ll do your best and if there’s a problem, you could always visit me in my office or in case I’m not there, you can leave a message to my secretary. So, goodluck and do your best. [Screen: After launching the new designs : Office of the C.E.O.] Lana: Good Morning President shiela. Shiela: Good Morning! Lana: I have a good news! Our designs are being featured in Candy Magazine and almost 100,000 copies all over the world which makes our sales increase. Shiela: Wow! Secretary Lana, that’s wow! Tell everyone that we will be having a dinner tonight for doing their best and for making our Aleishian Clothing market known all over the world. Lana: Yes. We have a problem. We have not yet completed the quota. There’s only one week remaining. Travilla:  You can manage and do it by yourselves. I suppose that my help is not need. Maga: But Sir. Travilla: No buts, I’m busy. (took a sip of coffee) Travilla: It’s tasteless. Did you put a sugar or not? Maga: No Sir. Travilla: You’re so stupid. What are you trying to make? Ampalaya shake? Maga: I’m sorry Sir Jean. I’ll make a new one. Travilla:  Then go and make a new one (sabay tpon kape)  hehe and clean this mess. For that, I’ll deduct it from your salary.
