Every day, people come to GoConqr to create, discover, learn and share resources (“the Service”). Registration is not required to visit the Service. However you will be required to register to access certain parts of the Service.We want users to feel safe when using GoConqr. That is why we've developed a set of Guidelines for GoConqr Groups. These Guidelines will help you understand what you should and should not post, the type of interaction that is allowed, and what type of content may be reported to us and, if deemed appropriate, removed. These Guidelines should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and Copyright Policy. Where there is a conflict between these Guidelines and our Terms and Conditions and various Policies, the Terms and Conditions and Policies will take precedent.Guidelines for UsersDoUse an appropriate Avatar. All avatars are subject to review and GoConqr reserves the right to request modification of an avatar at anytime.Make Relevant & Meaningful Posts.Use Proper Grammar & Spelling - Typing lyk thz iz n0t kewl. NEITHER IS THIS.Search Before Posting - Questions and/or topics may already have been discussed in an existing thread. Before posting a new thread, please try the search feature to research your question.Post In The Right Group - Before you create a new discussion, please ensure it is being posted in the most applicable group.Respect the copyrights and trademarks of others. If you aren't allowed to use someone else's copyrighted or trademarked work (either by license or by legal exceptions), don't post it. (GoConqr copyright policy).Be thoughtful when posting anything involving a minor.Consider the value that your post brings to the discussion. Post content which opens up a discussion, shares something new and unique, or has a deeper story to tell beyond the image itself. Ask yourself first: is this something I would be interested in seeing on GoConqr if someone else posted it?Do NotPost personal contact information of yourself or others. This includes but is not limited to: email addresses, phone numbers and addresses. Partake in Back Seat Modding (ordinary users taking a moderator-like tone in criticizing other members) is not permitted. - . If you feel a post or discussion requires moderation, please use the report post button.Post malicious content.Post duplicate questions or topics in multiple groups or discussions.Engage in Bumping (The act of posting in a thread with the sole goal of getting it back to the top of the thread list). Post Images that are suggestive, graphic, obscene, condone illegal activity or otherwise offensive. All such images will be immediately removed. (This includes, but is not limited to nudity, pornography, illustrations of sexual activity and inappropriate links posted in discussions),Form or Post to Sexually suggestive groups, threads or related content.Register accounts or post content automatically, systematically, or programmatically.Post or solicit anything relating to minors that is sexually suggestive or violent.Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent its registration with any person or entity. Acting like other users can be a form of harassment. We may, delete accounts, remove any content and ban users who do this. Members who are suspected of impersonating another member could have their accounts suspended pending investigation Post content that is suggestive, graphic, obscene, condone illegal activity or otherwise offensive. This include but is not limited to: Bullying Racism/Hate Speech Sexism Slurs Personal attacks Death threats Suicide requests or any form of hate speech Terrorism GeneralHate speech, bullying practices or abusive content (racism, sexism, slurs, personal attacks, death threats, terrorism threads, suicide requests or any form of hate speech) is not tolerated. This includes hate speech or abuse in usernames, as well as images, links and comments.Groups, posts, discussions that include advertising goods for sale,and/or inappropriate content are prohibited. (This includes but is not limited to links to pirated or illegal software, links to non-suitable external websites)No spam is allowed (spam may include but is not limited to: rapid-fire posting for points, clickbait, non-approved advertisements, scams, using scripts or bots, and anything else that someone might consider spammy)Users are not entitled to any rights to GoConqr’s intellectual property rights in any way.GoConqr might request the group’s administrator to change the group’s name at GoConqr’s discretion. Users who disregard the above guidelines may be banned from contributing to the groups. They will receive an email explaining the reasons for this decision.Guidelines for Group Administrators A user become automatically an administrator when they create a group. A group can have more than one administrator. If a user joins a group that already has one or more administrator, they can ask any of the existing administrators to add them as an administrator. Administrator(s) have the following permission rights within their group(s): Accept/decline new members Make a new member administrator of the group Edit group’s name and/or description Edit group’s logo Edit and remove discussions Delete and/or report a comment Delete their group(s) As a Group Administrator you are expected to:Promote and demonstrate the principles of GoConqr groups and are not exempt from the general groups guidelines.Be active on the group, facilitate introductions of participants, help other members by offering knowledge that you have or providing links when necessary. Do not allow negative or malicious comments/content. Report negative or inappropriate comments/content that might affect the groups health. Maintain order and moderate groups and discussions in accordance with GoConqr groups guidelines. Ensure all participants behave following the groups guidelines. Notify GoConqr of any violations of the groups guidelines by a group’s member.Group Administrators must use permission rights following the Guidelines and not abuse them. Accept and enforce GoConqr groups guidelines.Form appropriate Groups only. For the sake of clarity the following are not appropriate Groups (this includes but is not limited to): Sexually suggestive groups, threads or related content. Racist, Hate Speech, Homophobic Sexist groups, threads or related content Bullying groups, threads or related content Suicide groups, threads or related content GoConqr reserves the right to take any action considered to be appropriate to maintain the health of the groups and ensure the adequate moderation of groups.ReportingIf you want to report something that goes against our Groups guidelines (ex: nudity, hate speech, violence...), use the Report button near the comment to report it to us. Reporting something doesn't guarantee that it will be removed because it may not violate GoConqr policies. If you report content, please tell us why the content should be removed (e.g., is it bullying or hate speech?) Our decisions may occasionally change after receiving additional context about specific posts or discussions The number of reports does not impact whether something will be removed. We won’t remove content simply because it has been reported a number of times. Because of the diversity of our subscribers, please be aware that something that may be disagreeable or unpleasant to you may not violate our Guidelines. Warnings, Infractions and BansGoConqr reserve the right to close groups, rename groups, remove posts, lock discussions, remove discussions and/or ban members that post illegal materials.At GoConqr we do all we can to enforce our groups guidelines with a fair and even hand. Whenever possible, a ‘warning’ may be issued as alert to a subscriber that they are doing something wrong. If multiple warnings are necessary, or a subscriber has shown a pattern of inadequate behaviour, a ban may be applied at GoConqr’s discretion.The consequences for violating our Groups Guidelines vary depending on the severity of the violation and the subscriber’s history on GoConqr. If you feel you’ve been wrongly warned, suspended or banned for your activity on GoConqr, or have a general question about the groups guidelines, please contact “support@goconqr.com” for assistance.GeneralGoConqr reserves the right to close inactive groups, rename groups, and/or remove inactive discussions from groups to ensure easy access to information and health of the groups.GoConqr has the right to update and change the Groups Guidelines and Terms and Conditions at any time. Members are responsible for re-reading the Groups Guidelines on a regular basis.GoConqr is the Trading Name of Examtime Limited, Unit 2B Parkview House, Beech Hill Office Campus, Clonskeagh, Dublin 4, Ireland. -The link to the GoConqr Guidelines for Groups should be added to the Terms and Conditions so that the rules are accepted when a person signup for the first time.We may terminate your account and remove your access to the Service immediately and take any appropriate legal action if you, or anyone using your account violates these provisions or any of the provisions under our Privacy Policy , Acceptable Use Policy, Groups Guidelines and Copyright Policy .
