It must develop a new vision based on SDG and its strategic priorities at regional and global level. India's assistance must not be condition driven, rather it should be demand driven. It must align with the SDG's. Need to create infra mechanisms to understand the Aid effectiveness. So this can be new assertiveness INdia can portray to World w.r.to its capacity building programs, aids, trainings,grants. etc to various South asian and African countries.E2.)
