Line of best fit = a line on a graph that is equally distributed between the points. Used to find trends.

Least squares regression line (don't need to know this until sixth form) is better than a line of best fit.

Least squares regression lines are where the sum of the squares of the vertical distance between the points and the line are minimised using a formula.
