What is a Positive Consequence
Actions that have no effect on task completion
Actions that do not give the desired result but provide the user with information that helps them achieve an overall goal.
Actions that result in a dead end, undo a positive consequence, send the user back to a starting point, or result in action that can not be reversed.
You should try to fix nuetral consequence first when trouble shooting.
