ST analysis can be performed on the patient with 1:1 ventricular pacing.
The ST segment is:
Normally elevated in all leads
Normally isoelectric in all leads
Normally depressed in all leads
Damaged and ischemia causes the cells of the myocardium to become more or less excitable.
ST segment measurements are displayed and trended in:

The ST Leads that are being monitored depend on: (choose all that apply)
The leads available based on the lead set used and electrodes applied.
The Lead Placement selected - Standard or EASI
The number of leads displayed on the Main Screen.
The leads setup for monitoring.
When ST Analysis is turned off:
No ST analysis or arrhythmia analysis is performed.
No ST analysis is performed but arrhythmia analysis continues.
To turn off individual leads of ST:
Change to another screen
In the ST Analysis menu, select Setup ST Leads.
In the ECG menu, select New Lead Setup.
In the ST Analysis menu, select, select ST Analysis.
Selecting Alarms in the ST Analysis menu:
Turns on/off all ST alarms.
Allows you turn off individual ST alarms.
Silences ST alarms for 5 minutes.
Allows you to select single-lead or multi-lead alarms.
Multi-lead alarms will cause an alarm only when:
All monitored ST leads exceed the limits set for 15 seconds.
Three or more leads exceed the limits set for 15 seconds.
Two or more leads exceed the limits set for 1 minute.
Three or more leads exceed the limits set for 1 minute.
ST alarms set using Auto Limits Wide: (choose all that apply)
Changes the alarm limits based on the last 5 minutes of data.
Change as the patient’s condition changes
Changes the alarm limits based on the last 1 minute of data.
Will not change until you change them manually or use AutoLimits again.
Will not set alarm limits in pathological range.
