Protons = Electron Number

IONS-
Protons + Neutrons are constant/Same.
Protons and electrons are not equal.
Positive Ions = A to the power of +x
Negative Ions - B to the power of -x

FOR EXAMPLE-
AL (3+)
Electrons = 13 MINUS 3 ( which is the x )
Which then equals to 10, so Aluminium Electrons are 10.
