What are sensors?
Are components that are installed in various parts of the engine and are used to send information to the control unit (input signals). Eg temperature sensor.
The electronic ignition systems use components that replace the old platinum and capacitors.
These systems are composed of:
Control units;
Sensors in the distributor.
To prevent damage to the ignition system is recommended:
Do not disconnect the battery with the engine running;
Do not reverse the polarity of the battery;
When making an electric soldering, it is recommended to disconnect the battery and remove the control unit.
Advantages of Electronic Ignition.
Do not use platinum and capacitor, which are the main cause of the misfit of the ignition system.
Maintains ignition voltage always constant, guaranteeing more power at high RPM Spark.
Keeps ignition timing (motor time) always set.
Technology for your engine.
The ignition cable has the primary lead to high voltage produced by the coil or transformer to the candles, without allowing leakage current. In this way it is ensured without fail and an ignition perfect combustion.
The spark plug is a vital component that serves to introduce the energy into the combustion chamber. Through the electric spark generated between the electrodes initiates the burning of fuel-air mixture, keeping the camera within the range of optimum working temperature.
The transmission system of the force generated by the motor is a major factor in vehicle safety. The loss generated by breakage of a belt to the motor, in most cases, exceed a value of preventive replacement.
