The Structural Consultant would deliver the following in the BIM project:
Preliminary Model based on Architectural Massing models
Clash detection & resolution report b/w Architectural, Structural & MEP
RFI Resolution & Constructability Report
All of the above
For Structural discipline, There are no BIM models under Conceptual Design stage
Consultants should use Project Server to serve as a central location of model, where every team member can access and work.
The MEP Consultant would deliver the following in the BIM project:
Preliminary Model based on Architectural massing models
Clash detection & resolution report between MEP model and Architect & Structure models
The MEP Consultant would collaborate MEP elements within the building by the following sequence:
Level by Level (Storey by Storey) Room by room Horizontal Space (Plenum) Vertical Space (Core Shafts)
The MEP Consultants would refer to Singapore BIM Guide Appendix A – "Typical BIM Elements by Discipline" to include elements in their models
