What are the two categories of Ahavas Hashem

We can easily 'create' the natural love. It comes from our knowledge of Hashem and it's almost impossible to feel. The only thing we can do is hide it, as it's a negative feeling.

We can ( accomplish, destroy, hide ) this love by contemplating ( Hashem, the Torah, Mitzvos ) with our Nefesh ( Hasichlis, Habehamis, Haelokis ). It will then start to understand ( Hashem, the Torah, Mitzvos ), and this will make the body accomplish the will of the Nefesh ( Haelokis, Habehamis, Hasichlis ).
