Agreement, Consideration or Legal Intent. Which one?

Something that is given by a contracting party in return for what he is receiving from the other party to the contract.

An intention by both parties that what they have agreed on, they should be able to enforce in a court if necessary.

An offer which one party is prepared to be legally bound by which is then unconditionally accepted by the other party.
