( Whole-Part-Whole, Continuous, Whole ) practice methods involve performing the skill in its entirety without breaking it into sub-routines. A coach might use this method for ( Complex, Fine, Simple ) skills. During this method, the performer gains a feel for the task. This is known as ( Kinaesthesis, kinesiology, Kinesis ). An advantage of this is training would be more games related and the practices helps make the skill ( Realiable, consistent, fast ) as good habits are embedded. However, a disadvantage is it may place unnecessary demands on the performer which could lead to ( fatigue, tiredness, unhappiness ).
