Sparrow hawks, merlins, golden eagles and ospreys are regularly observed in the park. Meadow pipits, wheatears
and golden plovers are the most common birds on "Gutulivola".
The last wild reindeer were killed around 1880, but semi-domesticated reindeer graze in the park. Elk, roe deer, foxes, pine martens, beavers and mink can also be seen. Brown bear, wolf, wolverine and lynx –may roam through the park.
