Use large point size text that will be read. This will minimize eye strain.Break text into chunks. Use bullets, short paragrapghs and pictures.Use ample contrast between foreground and background.MAKE IT INTERESTING!!!!

Cognitive Dissonance Theory

Cognitive dissonance refers to a situation involving conflicting attitudes, beliefs or behaviors.This produces a feeling of discomfort leading to an alteration in one of the attitudes, beliefs or behaviors to reduce the discomfort and restore balance.For example, when people smoke (behavior) and they know that smoking causes cancer (cognition).

User Testing & Expierence

It is said customers take more value when there are mandatory steps to join a shared user experience. Barriers to entry entice a more dedicated user.Careful not regard all customer feedback in ways to improve an expierence. Everyone thinks change will make them happier.What most may prefer, usually does not entice a reaction they first imagined.

1. Use high contrast substrate as in black text on white back ground.2. White text on black backgrounds are the hardest to view for readability. 3. Chunks, bullets, short paragraphs and pictures helps break text up for better readability. 4. The image to the left gives examples of a bullet list and separating into proper paragraph format for easy readability.
