1. Seasoning
The achiever doesn’t get side tracked, every day he concentrates on micro-tasks that make up his macro-purpose and each completed a micro-task becomes a pleasure and rewards in itself.
You can achieve your macro-purpose by actually ignore it, only concentrate on your micro tasks and do it every day as a routine and you will achieve your macro-purpose smoothly.
Write a paragraph today and every day and you will end up writing a book but if you focus on writing a book, you maybe get frustrated and have less energy because yo focus on the big goal rather than the small task that you can do now.
Shortcuts lead to mediocrity and failure.
If you try to hurry the success, you will ruin it

2. Time Quickening
It is what happens to your Perception of time as you become involved in your pursued of your goal, it is a magical experience where time seems to disappear and you know you are in complete control of what you are doing, when it happens you feel energetic, concentrated and completely absorbed in your task, as you do something you really enjoy you don’t feel the time, you only feel so focus and concentrated to finish your task.
You can experience time quickening by creating a sensation that time has stopped, you can do it by becoming single minded or uninterruptedly involved in activity for significant period of time.

3. Avoid Procrastination
Procrastinators divide to three groups:
1. Fear failure: work at less than their capacity, don’t take risks and challenges, so they are never really challenges and therefore they will never fail, one symptom is you don’t do your work in time, if you fail you blame the lack of time, if you succeed you think you are great because you have finish your work at the last minute and you can handle anything, Procrastination is usually the fear of failure rather than laziness.
2. Fear success: they limit their own performance, actually holding themselves back because the kind of change success may bring to their life with more attention and responsibilities.
3. Rebelling against authority: they don’t do their work because it gives them the feeling of control over their boss, they have the fear of being controlled or dominated, whenever something is expecting of them, they react by procrastinating just to prove that they are the ones in power.

Techniques to overcome procrastination
Do something every day for no other reason than you would rather not do it at all (as soon you catch yourself thinking, well, I will not do that now, I will do it later, you must immediately do whatever it is you procrastinating about).
The self-disciplined are not easily diverted from their goal-oriented
activities. They know how to resist the temptations that would divert time

You can use the Pomodoro Technique which you have to focus on a task for 25 min. without interruption then take 3 min. break and you can take 30 min.break after 5 pomodoro sessions
