What tests do you need to pass for your basic driver's license?

The knowledge or written test consists of [blank_start]50[blank_end] questions and you need [blank_start]80[blank_end]% to pass.

To take the road test you need an [blank_start]inspection[blank_end] sticker, [blank_start]registration[blank_end], and an [blank_start]insurance[blank_end] card or ID for the vehicle.

For the road test, you need [blank_start]6[blank_end] points of ID, and to be accompanied by a [blank_start]licensed[blank_end] driver.

For the road test no [blank_start]rental[blank_end] or [blank_start]self-parking[blank_end] cars are to be used. No cars with obstructions or consoles that prevent the examiner from reaching the [blank_start]brakes[blank_end] are allowed.

A licensed driver must [blank_start]remain[blank_end] in the vehicle at all times with the applicant for a driver's license at all times. The vehicle must not be [blank_start]moved[blank_end] without a licensed driver in the vehicle. The vehicle must have [blank_start]2[blank_end] red GDL decals mounted in the proper spots.

If an applicant fails the road test, he/she must wait at least [blank_start]2[blank_end] weeks before taking the test again.

A person can be denied taking the road test because of their [blank_start]vehicle[blank_end]. Examiners can reject your vehicle if there are no [blank_start]inspection[blank_end] stickers, no examiner access to [blank_start]brakes[blank_end], [blank_start]poor[blank_end] brakes, not [blank_start]working[blank_end] brakes, [blank_start]unsafe[blank_end] tires, and the vehicle is not reasonably [blank_start]clean[blank_end].
