Section 74 Summary Offences Act - Name and Address
(1) Where a police officer has [blank_start]reasonable[blank_end] cause to [blank_start]suspect[blank_end] -

the officer may require that persona to state all or any of the person's [blank_start]personal[blank_end] [blank_start]details[blank_end].
(2) Where a police officer has reasonable cause to suspect that a personal detail as stated is [blank_start]false[blank_end], the officer may require the person to produce [blank_start]evidence[blank_end] of the [blank_start]correctness[blank_end] of the personal details.
(3) A person who -
a) [blank_start]Refuses[blank_end] or [blank_start]fails[blank_end], without reasonable excuse, to comply with a requirement; or
b) In response to the requirement -
i) States a personal detail that is [blank_start]false[blank_end]; or
ii) Produces [blank_start]false[blank_end] [blank_start]evidence[blank_end] of a personal detail,
is guilty of an offence

Section 81 Summary Offences Act - Search a person in lawful custody

(2) The following provisions apply to a search under this section:

b) The person carrying out the search may use [blank_start]such[blank_end] [blank_start]force[blank_end] as is [blank_start]reasonably[blank_end] [blank_start]necessary[blank_end] for the purpose of and may be assisted by a police officer or other person;
c) Where a medical practitioner or registered nurse is to carry out an intrusive search, the detainee must be allowed a [blank_start]reasonable[blank_end] [blank_start]opportunity[blank_end] to arrange for the [blank_start]attendance[blank_end], at the detainee's [blank_start]expense[blank_end], of a medical practitioner or registered nurse of his or her [blank_start]choice[blank_end] to witness the search
