    Young people do not multitask better than older people. People who say they are great multitaskers are probably the worst at it. Driving while talking is like driving under the influence of alcohol.

    Avoid forcing people to multitask. Build ways for people to fix errors afterwards. Pay particular attention to the usability of the form.
    If people must multitask expect errors.
