Cognitive Dissonance Theory
Cognitive dissonance refers to a situation involving conflicting attitudes, beliefs or behaviors.This produces a feeling of discomfort leading to an alteration in one of the attitudes, beliefs or behaviors to reduce the discomfort and restore balance.For example, when people smoke (behavior) and they know that smoking causes cancer (cognition).

It is said customers take more value when there are mandatory steps to join a shared user experience. Barriers to entry entice a more dedicated user.Careful not regard all customer feedback in ways to improve an expierence. Everyone thinks change will make them happier.What most may prefer, usually does not entice a reaction they first imagined.
