    Online community
    These often exist in a virtual world. This is an unreal world which is created by the real world.Some communities need users to be involved at the same time, such as some online gaming, whereas others can have users interacting at different times, such as a forum or a virtual learning environment.

    Network Of Friends
    Social Networking sites can connect people connect people with similar interests. Those involved can be in different places.An online community is a community (group of people) which only exists online. It is also as a network of friends.

    Virtual world
    A school community may make use of a virtual learning environment (VLE) to distribute resources, support learning and assess progress online. A VLE is an education systembased on web facilities.

    Netequette
    The word 'Netequette' is made up from two words and the meaning have collided as well. 'net' comes from the internet and the 'etiquette' means respecting others so if you put both of those together you will get internet respect.

    Chat - Chatroom
    Online communication within communities is sometimes referred to as chat. Some of the large interactive communities where people take part in the sameconversation or type of chat at the same time are known as chatroom.

    Microblogs only allow a certain amount of characters so the people that use them cannot write there life story in a tweet.

    Wiki
    Wiki gives a very detailed explanation of something or someone. It can be changed by anyone who has signed up to wiki.
