    People Expect Social Etiquette Online
All online activity is technically a form of social interaction, including visiting a website, filling out a form online, and participation on social media. Social etiquette should imitate face-to-face social rules such as, but not limited to: Appropriate timing to respond  Courtesy pertaining to information and images that are shared Honest expectations of time, activity, and content  Participation in individual activity (which adds to everyone's social experience), group conversations, and group events

    Insight
It's important to respect the user and design a positive experience that follows social standards. If you try to push for personal information on the home page of a website, the user may become uncomfortable. If a website takes too long to load or moves slowly from page to page, the user will probably become impatient with the response time.Make sure the program is friendly and inviting in message and design.
