    Fue un pacto político y/o electoral entre los Conservadores y Libertadores entre los años 1958 hasta en 1979 , se extendió en 4 periodos de 16 años de un gobierno de coalición, fue distribuido por: Distribución equitativa de ministerios en las tres ramas del poder público (ejecutivo, legislativo y judicial) Un candidato presidencial elegido por los Bipartidistas y la distribución igualitaria de las curules parlamentarias hasta 1968.
