Stakeholders of a small business

• The staff are intrested in the business as it would be there main if not only source of pay, and there security for taking out loans in the knowledge they would be able to pay it back.

Anmerkungen:

• The manager is an internal stake holder in the business as it is his responsibility to make sure that the business runs well, if not he could get sacked

Anmerkungen:

• The local community are external stakeholders within a business as it could affect their lifestyle and house price depending on what business it was

Anmerkungen:

• The owner of the business is obviously a large stakeholder in the business, this is because it was their own personal idea and could be their only source of income.
